The culture there is to work, work, work no matter how late it is on the night. A lot of peole keep doing it because the are afraid to be fired since the company is downsizing every frew months. The IT processes are very disorganized and there is no structure."

Awful managers, frequent clashes with the Union, downsizing for "economic reasons" and immediately rehiring for a fraction of the cost, no direction, moody and at times hysterical bosses, a culture of fear... all the while presenting themselves like the saviors and pioneers of journalism on Puerto Rico. Right now, they're blaming Hurricane Maria for their losses and cutting benefits, hours, vacation, sick days and threatening to fire 100+ people. And they'll do it, regardless of Union or local laws."

Some employees seemed enthroned in their stations and treated the rest like minions. Work became repetitive and unchallenging and any talk of trying new things was perceived as mutiny. I quickly learned that there was no real sense of direction or leadership. The bullying is rampant and encouraged by management, even spurred by them. Everyone is looked at as an enemy or a boss' pet. There's no middle ground and no one to talk to about this."
